Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and communications provided by Garden State Bins LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us or opting in to communications, you agree to these Terms.

Our Business

Garden State Bins LLC provides residential bin cleaning, commercial dumpster cleaning, and fleet washing in New Jersey and Florida. Contact us about service availability, quotes, and appointments. Contacting us does not create a binding agreement beyond any purchase or service you separately arrange.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By selecting a consent checkbox in our chat widget and submitting the form, you agree to receive the selected category of text messages from Garden State Bins LLC. You can choose either or both categories:

• Customer care / transactional — confirmations, reminders, and account notifications.
• Marketing / promotional — offers and announcements.

Service-related and promotional SMS consent are collected separately using independent, initially unchecked boxes. You receive only the message categories you choose. Calling or emailing us does not enroll you in promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (214) 206-3288.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• No mobile information is shared. Your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and messaging services lawfully. You are responsible for the mobile number and email address you provide.

Age Restriction

Our website, services, and SMS messaging are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By contacting us or opting in to messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Privacy

Your use of our website and messaging services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile opt-in data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden State Bins LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or messaging services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or messaging services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
